Find Your Tribe

Have you ever been in a place full of people, but still felt completely alone? I believe that true connection with people is a staple in ending suffering. We have endless resources to be connected , but the potential and garnish of relationships is in the intimacy of them. We are all born into different families and share different stories. Our values are unique to us and allow us to connect, as well as stand apart within a family unit.

Check in with yourself, how did you manage in your family unit? Was it easy , distant, or hard? Did you feel like the black sheep? Or did you feel like the limelight?

Either position can become dark. Whether you are craving certain attention that you are not receiving, or feeling the pressure to be perfect in the limelight.

When you find people that allow the true version of you to shine with absolutely no restrictions, those are your people, or in simpler terms, your tribe! People that you can share every single part of yourself with; especially the tears, your fears, laughter and excitement. Your tribe will inspire you and support you in becoming the best you possible, even when you struggle to see it in yourself. Your tribe will not drain you, or cause you to have a guard up in anyway. All they want from you is for you to be you. When you create that tribe there is an amazing energy created that is so serene and comforting as well as exhilarating and passionate.

Everyone has their own story and the right to be heard. Notice how you treat yourself and those around you. It is also extremely important to notice how you are being treated, if something doesn’t feel right, change it! Is there someone in your life that is needing to be heard or is that person you? If we do not share and focus only on our own pain, then the suffering will continue. Suffering does not only affect us, it actually affects everyone around us, because as humans we are all connected. Therefore even if we think we are alone, the truth is that we are not.

I write this because I think it is extremely important to find your own tribe, whether it's your blood or not, don’t limit yourself. It is essential to have your tribe because once we do, the level of growth within ourselves and the others in our tribe is limitless! These tribes are not to be judged, there is no hierarchy or power. It is important to never put anyone on a higher pedestal than yourself, and you as an individual holds every answer, and every key to your own successful life, whatever that might be. All tribes are equally important and amazing in the circle of life. You can't have one without the other. Once we all quit worrying about other tribes and focus more on our own, the shifting and experiences increase in our own lives and the world. We are not here to make things better for others or to prove anything. We are here to live our best life , to give and receive love, to live in peace.

I have found my tribe and I feel safe in it. My tribe started with marrying the man that I knew was good for my heart even when I was confused. I trusted the process and was supported by Chris Onslow in finding that peace in myself first, so that I could invite someone in and feel that growth with them. Then I received two little boys as gifts. Now as a family we support others hearts so they can shine their light. Our tribe grows and it is beautiful to watch. Watching people move from darkness through their healing to their full potential is the most exciting thing I have experienced. It is my ecstasy that my body creates on its own. My tribe is real, authentic, kind, vulnerable, courageous, passionate and present. I have never felt so relaxed and supported as I do now in my tribe.

Find your tribe , you are here to enjoy and experience your true potential with yourself and others. It is up to you to work through your resistances in order to let that in. There are 7.5 billion people on this planet, just remember you are never alone! Reach out if you feel you are and we at Conscious Effects will listen and support you in getting unstuck, so you can find peace in yourself and go find your tribe.

Never give up on your happiness! The world is a beautiful place, even if that doesn't seem true right now. Trust, reach out and receive.
